my summer so far:

may 16: fly to boston and go 50 miles west to some post in the middle of no where
june 13: go to boston and fly back to richmond
june 14: drive 6 hours to south carolina.

i am back in relaxin' jackson.
pffft relaxin' my butt.
i forgot how humid it was.

poor old barnes is still at alpha co; the super holdover (this man's been held in AIT training status for over a year!) is making 60 dollars a night pulling cq and fireguard off of lazy AIT soldiers. he said that the 1SG and the senior platoon sgt be trying to limit him to do that on certain nights now though
